Cancellation and Refund Policy

Every Curated LED Wall Art piece is covered by a seven day replacement guarantee. If your piece arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or the lighting does not work, tell us within seven calendar days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge, including delivery both ways.

This is a replacement guarantee, not a money back guarantee. We do not refund a Curated LED Wall Art purchase because of a change of mind, a change of plan, or because the piece looks different on your wall than you imagined. Each piece is part of a small curated collection and is reserved for you the moment you pay.

• Message us within seven days of delivery on 0997 640 2950, through Messenger, or at hello@muraltechph.com.
• Send your order number together with clear photographs or a short video showing the damage or the fault.
• Keep the original carton and packing material until the claim is settled.
• Once we confirm the fault we arrange collection and send the replacement. If that exact design is no longer available you may choose another piece of the same value.

A claim cannot be accepted where the damage was caused after delivery, for example by dropping the piece, by water, by an electrical surge, by attempting a repair, or by hanging it with fixings other than the kit we supply.

Custom canvas art is printed to order from your own artwork, so it cannot be resold and is not refundable once production has started. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before we begin printing, which is usually within twelve hours of your order.

If a canvas arrives damaged, or the print does not match the file you approved, we reprint it free of charge. Tell us within seven days of delivery and include photographs.

• A deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than seven days before the scheduled printing date.
• Cancel within seven days of the scheduled date and we retain the deposit, because the crew, equipment and travel are already committed.
• Once printing has started the work cannot be undone, so the project is not refundable. If the finished print does not match the artwork you approved, we will reprint the affected area at our own cost.

If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because a piece sold out or a project cannot be scheduled, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Approved refunds are returned through Xendit to the same method you paid with. E-wallet and direct debit refunds usually appear within five to seven banking days. Card refunds may take up to fifteen banking days depending on your bank. Over the counter payments made at 7-Eleven are refunded by bank or e-wallet transfer to an account in your name. We do not charge a processing fee on a refund.

Shipping fees are refunded when the order is cancelled before dispatch or when a piece is faulty. Where an order is returned for a reason that is not our fault, the original shipping fee is not refunded.
