Privacy Policy

MuralTech Art Studio, with registered office at Franscon Bldg., Phase 1 64 4th-B Street, Ecoland Subdivision, Bucana, Davao City 8000, Philippines, is the personal information controller. The customer studio is Unit 25, Davao Airport View Commercial Complex, C. P. Garcia Highway, Buhangin, Davao City 8000, Philippines. • Contact details you give us: name, mobile number and email address.
• Order details: delivery address, barangay, city, province, region, postal code, delivery notes, the items you bought and your order history.
• Project details: wall measurements, photographs of your wall or space, artwork and files you send us for printing.
• Payment information: the payment status, reference and method returned to us by Xendit. We never receive or store your full card number, PIN or e-wallet password.
• Website usage: pages viewed, clicks, device and browser information, collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel.
• Ad measurement details saved with each order: your IP address, browser type (user agent), the checkout page address and the Meta cookie IDs (_fbp and _fbc) set when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad.

• To prepare quotations and answer your enquiries.
• To process, deliver and install your order, and to keep you updated on its status by email.
• To take payment and to investigate payment problems or disputes.
• To send order reminders and, if you opted in, occasional studio news. Every marketing email has a one click unsubscribe link.
• To measure how our advertising performs and improve the website.
• To keep records required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue and other Philippine law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the service providers that help us run the studio:

• Xendit, for processing your payment.
• Delivery partners or couriers, when we use one to deliver your order.
• Our email delivery provider, for order confirmations, status updates and newsletters.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising measurement: page and shopping events from the Meta Pixel, and, when an order is paid, a purchase report from our server with the order ID, amount, items, IP address, browser type and Meta cookie IDs. Your email, mobile number, name and city are added, in hashed form, only if you tick the optional box at checkout.
• Google, for analytics.
• Government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

This website uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working and to remember your preferences. We also use the Meta Pixel to understand which adverts bring people to the site and which pages they view, add to cart, begin checkout on, or buy from. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences to limit personalised advertising. Blocking cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working properly.

The checkout box for sharing your hashed contact details with Meta is optional and unticked by default; leaving it unticked does not affect your order. We record when you ticked it and the wording you agreed to. To withdraw, email hello@muraltechph.com and we will stop sharing your contact details with Meta for any purchase not yet reported.

Order and payment records are kept for ten years, as Philippine tax and accounting rules require. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Artwork files are kept for two years so we can reprint if you ask.

Our website runs over encrypted connections. Order data is stored in an access controlled database, our admin dashboard is protected by a password plus a one time code sent to an authorised studio email address, and payment details are handled entirely by Xendit.

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, object to how we use it, ask us to delete it, or receive a copy of it. Email hello@muraltechph.com and we will respond within fifteen working days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under eighteen. If a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date above. Significant changes will also be announced to our newsletter subscribers.
